The Fusion Mini Mat is 24” (61cm) wide, 12” (30cm) long and 5/16” (8mm) thick, it is the width of the average yoga mat and gives you the room and the cushion you need to get deep into your poses. They are great for Yin yoga and restorative practices, or any time you need a little extra support.
