We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please email us here on Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

Return Policy:

  • all merchandise must be unused,
  • proof of payment must accompany the return,
  • all returned products are subject to inspection
  • outgoing shipping sharges (if applicable) are not refunded
  • in case of manufacturing defect, please email us within 3 days upon delivery of shipment.

 Returns must be accompanied by your original proof of purchase (packing slip or order confirmation) along with instructions whether you are requesting a refund or exchange (and if you are requesting an exchange, please let us know what you would like to exchange your mat for).

We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Jade is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.


Return/Exchange Processing:  Products Not Purchased at

If the mat wasn’t bought directly from us, you’ll have to contact the store from which you purchased your mat, as your mat will be subject to the return/exchange policy of the company you bought your mat from (example- mats purchased on resellers will be subject to their return policy).  If you have trouble making a return through your original seller, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
